Alex Frederick Jorgenson, 15, of Blooming Prairie, died Monday, April 13, 2015 at his home. He was born April 14, 1999 in Owatonna the son of Jamie and Kristi (Bromley) Jorgenson. Alex was a sophomore at Blooming Prairie High School. He participated in the one act play this school year, played in the school band and the Pep Band. He loved playing the snare drum with Stix of Fury drumline. Alex was a part of the drum line since its inception. He loved the outdoors, camping with his family, dogs, fishing, music and wolves. Wolves held a special place with Alex. Alex also loved working on cars with his dad. Alex had a great sense of humor and loved to bring happiness to others. He is survived by his parents, Jamie and Kristi Jorgenson of Blooming Prairie; brother, Dylan Jorgenson of Blooming Prairie; sister, Shyane Jorgenson of Blooming Prairie; maternal grandparents, Richard (and Bonnie) Bromley of Owatonna, Sandy (and Bob) Molumby of W. St. Paul; paternal grandparents, Fred and Marian Jorgenson of Owatonna; great grandmothers, Betty Thon, Ignatia Seys, Clara Risberg; aunts and uncles, Amy (and Bruce) Johnson, Jenny (and Nick) McShane, Michelle Bromley, Teresa Bromley, Willie Bromley, Keri (and Justin) Feifarek; cousins, Bailey, Skyler and Jayger Eaton, Jarod, Breanna, Nevaeh Feifarek, Jacob, Collin and Zack McShane, Michael and Eithan Johnson. Visitation will be at First Lutheran Church, Blooming Prairie on Friday from 3pm to 7pm with a Time of Remembrance at 7pm. Visitation will continue on Saturday for one hour prior to the service. Funeral services will be held Saturday, April 18, 2015 at 10:30am at First Lutheran Church, Blooming Prairie. Interment will be in the First Lutheran Cemetery.
