Amy Anne Arndt, 46 passed away unexpectedly Sunday, December 8, 2024 at her home in White Bear Lake, Mn.
Amy was born April 2, 1978 in Owatonna the daughter of Daniel and Roxanne (McGuire) Arndt. Amy graduated from Owatonna High School with the Class of 1996. She was a proud member of the OHS marching band. She attended Normandale Community College in the hospitality program. Amy worked in the Hotel industry during and after college. In 1999 she began her career in property management managing properties in Las Vegas, NV and Seattle, WA. In 2006 she returned to Minnesota and managed several large properties in the Twin Cities area. In 2009 and 2010 she received awards for General Members Team and Community Manager and 2024 for Property Excellence.
Amy was a beautiful person who spread love wherever she went. She was deeply compassionate, strong and supportive to everyone who crossed her path, especially her family. Amy was a spiritual warrior, a leader, and always wise beyond her years. She was intelligent in every way and had a feisty quick wit. Amy had an immense passion and heart for animals, a love of nature and a deep connection to God.
Amy was a loving daughter, mother, sister, and grandmother.
She is survived by her parents, Daniel and Roxanne Arndt of Owatonnna; daughters Adalynn Olsen (Ron Olsen), Dunnevan Muldoon (Bradly Hicks) grandsons Nash and Reece Hicks, Tracy, MN; fiance Lee Terrell; sister Jillian (Brian) Ward nephew and niece William and Aurelia Ward of Apple Valley and paternal grandfather Irwin S. Arndt of Owatonna. Many aunts, uncles and cousins.
She is preceded in death by her paternal grandmother Donna Arndt, maternal grandparents Robert and Jeanne McGuire, uncle Steven Arndt, and cousin, Kyle Arndt.
Amy will be deeply missed by all who loved her.
Family will receive friends Friday from 10 am to 12 Noon at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 111 4th St. NW, Waseca, with Mass of Christian Burial to follow at Noon. Burial to follow in Calvary Cemetery, Waseca.
