Ardis Marie Dengler, 80 of West Concord, died June 25, 2020 in Rochester. She was born July 24, 1939, in Claremont, MN the daughter of Nels and Opal (Sack) Finne. Ardis attended school in West Concord and graduated in 1957. On February 15, 1969 she was united in marriage to Martin Dengler in West Concord, where they made their home for over 50 years. Ardis worked her early years at St. Mary's as a nurse's aide and would reminisce about the good ole days whenever she would visit the hospital. She went on to waitress at the Truck Stop in Rochester, worked in production, and even worked many years along side of Martin making fishing lures for a local fishing lure company. Ardis enjoyed many things in life ranging from working diligently on her crossword puzzles, or word searches, watching her "Judge" shows, listening to dad play his music, going on their weekend drives, but most of all she loved her family with all her heart. Ardis had a very strong faith and it continued to be a large part of her life. Ardis is survived by her daughter, Victoria (Bruce) Vrieze of Kasson; son, Joe (Lindsey) Dengler of West Concord; grandchildren; Andrew & Jackson Dengler, Derek (Jenn) Vrieze, Kayla (Axl Erie) Vrieze, and Isaac Bahr; great-grandchildren Emmitt and Brooke Vrieze, Hayden Erie; brothers, Ron (Margaret) Finne of Dodge Center, Wayne (JoAnn) Finne of Rochester, Lynn (Kathy) Finne of Dodge Center, sister-n-laws Marilyn (Jeff) Jobs of Blaine, and Marcia (Ev) Jacobson of Georgetown, KY, many nieces and nephews. Ardis was preceded in death by her parents, Nels and Opal Finne, sister, Lois Jean Finne, husband, Martin Dengler. Visitation will be at Michaelson Funeral Home, West Concord Chapel on Sunday, June 28, 2020, from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM and one hour prior to the service at the church. Funeral services will be held Monday, June 29, 2020 at 2:00 PM at Faith Community Church with David Breederland officiating. Interment will be in the Concord Cemetery. Memorials are preferred to Faith Community Church or to the West Concord Fire and Rescue. Blessed be her memory.
