Audrey V. Seykora, 90, of Owatonna, died Sunday, September 15, 2013 at Koda Living Community. She was born December 7, 1922 in Owatonna, Minnesota the daughter of Harry and Mabel (Stensrud) Partridge. Audrey graduated from Owatonna High School in 1940 and then attended Miss Wood's Teaching School from 1940-1942. Audrey then began teaching Kindergarten in Bayport and Austin. She was united in marriage to Robert Seykora on January 3, 1946 in Owatonna at Associated Church. She was a life long member of Associated Church, fifty year member of Eastern Star, Audrey and Robert were charter members of the Owatonna Country Club, where she was the past president of the OCC Women's Board, and she was a member of the Centennial Club. She is survived by her children Dave (Lynn) Seykora of Owatonna, Bill (Mimi) Seykora of Alexandria, Jean Seykora of Moose Lake, and Jane Seykora of Belle Plaine, three grandchildren Rachel (Cory) Kanz, Jonathan (fianc� Dominika) Seykora, Andrew (fianc� Andrea) Seykora, and one great granddaughter Isabel Kanz. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband Robert, three sisters Lucille Schweadler, Norma Sawle, and Ruth Ann McCoy, and one brother Joe Partridge. Visitation will be at The Associated Church on Sunday September 22, 2013 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM. Funeral services will be held Sunday September 22, 2013 at 2:00 PM at The Associated Church with Reverend Katherine Gibson Christensen officiating. Interment will be in the Forest Hill Cemetery in Owatonna. Memorials are preferred to The Associated Church or the Homestead Hospice Program. Michaelson Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
