Barbara J. Ensrude, 66, of Owatonna, died Thursday, November 15, 2012 at her residence. She was born January 15, 1946 in St. Paul, Minnesota the daughter of Alfred and Eleanor (Thompson) Oaks. She attended White Bear Lake High School and Lakeview Community College for psychology. In 1998, she moved to Owatonna where she continued to raise her family. She loved her family and enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren. She also enjoyed swimming in the lakes and teaching her grandchildren how to float. She is survived by her four daughters, Teri (and Craig) Laska of Owatonna, Traci Working of Owatonna, Kim Richards of Owatonna, and Nicci Richards (and fianc, Jesse Klecker) of Owatonna; seven grandchildren; two great grandchildren; two brothers, Alfred 'Bob' (and Diane) Oaks of Mora, and Leonard Oaks of White Bear Lake; two sisters, Angie (and Dave) Hawkins of Mora, and Linda Knutson of Blaine; nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, and sister, Mary Oaks. Visitation will be at Michaelson Funeral Home on Tuesday, November 20, 2012 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
