Betty Lou C. Johnson was a beloved great grandmother, grandmother,

mother, and wife in her incredible 94 years of life.

Betty passed away peacefully in Austin, MN on Friday, September 9, 2023.

Betty was born April 6, 1929 and grew up on a small farm with her parents and younger brother. She went to high school in Medford, MN and continued to college for her Practical Nurse License. Betty got married in 1953 to Bertil Johnson.

Betty loved helping people not only in her day-to-day nursing responsibilities but also in her spare time. She was a beloved organist and Sunday school teacher whose children would also call her grandma. She enjoyed, loved, and cherished time going out and traveling with her friends and family.

Betty will most fondly be remembered for her beautiful smile and laughter.

Betty is survived by her two sons Brian (wife Julie) and Bruce, four grandchildren Brent, Amy, Jeremy, and Cody and two great grandchildren Finn and Landen.

Betty was preceded in death by her parents Leon and Helen Webster, husband Bertil Johnson, and brother Ron Webster.
