Dallas Oren Berry, 72, of Owatonna, died Sunday, June 11, 2017 at Homestead Hospice House. He was born June 30, 1944 in Atlantic, Iowa the son of Art and Adeline (Squires) Berry. Dallas drove truck for Young Trucking in Lyle. He met and married Donna Ashley July 9, 1971. The couple lived in Blooming Prairie where he drove for Joe Peterson Trucking before moving to Owatonna. Dallas worked for OTC for 33 years retiring in 2008. He was a former member of the Eagle's, loved fishing and bowling and more recently enjoyed cooking and baking. Dallas also enjoyed working on cars. He was a very devoted husband and will be missed deeply by all who knew him. He is survived by his wife, Donna Berry of Owatonna; sons, Chad (and Debra) Berry of Tripp, SD, Randy Berry of Cassville, MO, Mark (and Sandy) Ashley of Austin, Jeff Ashley of Austin; daughters, Diane (and Mark) Driessen of Owatonna, Julie (and Mark) Kath of Owatonna; 13 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
