Daniel Allen Mischke, 44, of Owatonna, died Saturday, February 1, 2020 at his parents' home.
He was born March 16, 1975 in Owatonna the son of Keith and Tanya (Cassen) Mischke. Dan graduated from NRHEG High School. He worked for Owatonna Lamp Company, Viracon and most recently Tandem Products. Dan was a kind genuine person with a big heart and a memorable smile.
He loved bowling. Dan received the Iron Man Award; he and his teammate were the 1999 City Tournament Doubles Champions and he had many other bowling accomplishments. He also loved fishing, animals, witling and traveling. He was a big fan of the San Francisco 49ers. Dan was a member of the USBC and the Eagles Club.
He is survived by his parents, Tanya and Jerry Blouin of Ellendale; sisters, Tiffany (and Mike) Schwering of Owatonna, Angela (and Jeff) Howe of Ellendale; grandmother, Gloria Pelkey of Marble and many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his biological father, Keith Mischke; sister, Katrina Blouin; nephew, Jacob Sikel; grandparents, Robert and Patricia Cassen, George and Jean Blouin, Francis Pelkey.
A Celebration of Life gathering will be at Michaelson Funeral Home on Tuesday, February 4 from 4pm to 8pm. Interment will be in the Holy Trinity Catholic Cemetery, Litomysl.
