Danny Keith Myhre, 63, of Owatonna, died Monday, August 6, 2012 at St. Mary's Hospital. Danny was born March 20, 1949 in Rochester the son of John and Rosemary (Zink) Myhre. He worked through Cedar Valley Services since 1977. He lived in several group home including Rainbow Residence, MSOC and Cenneidigh Inc. Danny was a people person and loved to attend social gatherings. He enjoyed being around his family. He was an avid Twins and Vikings fan and never missed a televised game. Danny attended church at Christian Family Center. Danny is survived by his mother, Rosemary Myhre of Owatonna; sister, Connie (and Mike) Knutson-Nechanicky of Owatonna; brothers, Grant Myhre of Rochester, NH, John H. (and Linda) Myhre of Hayward, WI; nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews. Danny was preceded in death by his father, John W. Myhre. Memorial services will be held Friday, August 10, 2012 from Noon to 1 p.m. at Michaelson Funeral Home. Interment will be in the Owatonna Memorial Gardens in Owatonna.
