Dawn R. Liverseed, age 56, of Owatonna died on Friday, February 2, 2024 at Mayo St. Mary's Hospital in Rochester.

Dawn Renae Liverseed, the daughter of Donald and Andrea (Klampe) Rahn, was born on August 26, 1967, in Wells, MN. She grew up in Waseca, helping take care of her siblings, and graduated from Waseca High School in 1986. Dawn worked for Elm Homes in Waseca and Mankato. On March 19, 1999, she was married to John Liverseed in Las Vegas. They lived in Medford before making their home in Owatonna. While her children where young she worked as a daycare provider until 2014. She received her Bachelors Degree in Health Administration. Dawn worked various care giver jobs before most recently working at Benedictine Living Community. She was an active member of Good Shepherd Lutheran Church. She loved spending time with her children, family and pets. Dawn enjoyed shopping and decorating her home. She also enjoyed watching classic TV shows; her favorite being "I Love Lucy"

She is survived by her husband John Liverseed of Owatonna; sons Josiah Liverseed of Owatonna and Max Liverseed of Owatonna, step-daughter Jessica Liverseed of Ellendale; parents Donald and Andrea Rahn of Dodge Center; siblings, Jeff (Kim) Rahn of Waterville, Wendy Rahn of Dodge Center, Cory Rahn of Dodge Center, Heidi (Robert) Zimberich of Waseca, Mitch Rahn of Owatonna; many nieces, nephews, dog Charlie, cat Dodi, granddog Oddball. She was preceded in death by her grandparents and Mother and Father-in-law Albert and Darlene Liverseed.

Visitation will be on Tuesday, February 6, 2024 from 4:00 PM until 7:00 PM at Michaelson Funeral Home and also one hour prior to the service at the church. Memorial services will be held at 10:30 AM on Wednesday, February 7, 2024, at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church in Owatonna. Please honor Dawn by wearing bright clothing and bling. Interment will be in the Forest Hill Cemetery. Memorials to the family are preferred.
