Debra Lynn Johnson born 9/22 of 1957 passed away unexpectedly on 9/10 of 2023 at Owatonna Hospital with her daughters at her side.

She was born to Kenneth and Sadie Underland of Owatonna, graduated from Owatonna High School and married Alan Johnson in Galt, California at the Lutheran Church on May 28 of 1977. They had three children, worked for Truth Hardware, did daycare for 10 years from her home, and she also worked at the Owatonna Hospital for approximately 20 years.

Deb cherished her family friends and her cats the most. Anyone who met Deb was loved instantly by her, she always put others before herself and she enjoyed making people laugh.

Deb is survived by her ex-husband; Alan Johnson of Owatonna, son; Jason Johnson (Girlfriend Carol Enger of Owatonna, daughters; Kendra and (husband Jamie Kelly) of Owatonna and daughter; Stacy Johnson and her three kids; Ethan, Logan, and Morgan Johnson, all of Owatonna, Sisters; Donna Dillemuth of Rochester, MN and Linda (Larry Arens) of Brainerd, MN.

Deb was preceded in death by her parents; Kenny and Sadie Underland, stepdad; Ralph Piepho and sister; Rita Bedney.

Celebration of life will take place October 14, 2023 at Elevation North Church in Owatonna from noon until 3pm.
