Diane Ruella Neigebauer, 75, of rural Meriden, died Saturday, October 24, 2009 at her home. She was born July 24, 1934 in Owatonna the daughter of Rolland and Dora (Ellis) Zeller. Diane graduated from High School in Rochester. She married Clarence Neigebauer August 29, 1955 at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Rochester. The couple has lived on their farm near Meriden since their marriage. Diane enjoyed traveling, gardening and cross-stitching. She loved the time she spent with her grandchildren and other family members. She is survived by her husband, Clarence Neigebauer; children, Peter (and Linda) Neigebauer of Courtland, Paul (and Jane Hofmeister) Neigebauer of Waseca, Debra (and Dave) Hamer of Claremont, Susan (and Steve) Elliott of Prior Lake, John Neigebauer of North Mankato; 12 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren and nieces and nephews. Diane was preceded in death by her parents and 1 granddaughter. Visitation will be at Michaelson Funeral Home on Tuesday from 4pm to 7pm with a prayer service to be held at 7pm.
