Doris M. Mundahl , 93, of Kenyon, died Friday, August 2, 2013 at the Kenyon Sunset Home. She was born June 1, 1920 in Kenyon, Minnesota the daughter of Hans and Oline (Flom) Dale. Doris attended country school, and then was united in marriage to Norris Mundahl on November 17, 1943 at Moland Lutheran Church. The couple farmed together in the Moland area and later moved to Kenyon in 1959. Doris did housecleaning in Kenyon, worked at the bakery and also did housecleaning at the Sunset home. She enjoyed baking and gardening. She is survived by her daughter, Nancy (and Gill) Strand of Fridley, son, Neal (and Susan) Mundahl of Winona, and two grandchildren Erik and Darcy Mundahl. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Norris Mundahl, three sisters and two brothers. Visitation will be at First Evangelical Lutheran Church, Kenyon on Tuesday August 6, 2013 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM . Funeral services will be held Tuesday August 6, 2013 at 2:00 PM at First Evangelical Lutheran Church, Kenyon with Duane Everson officiating. Interment will be in the Kenyon Cemetery in Kenyon.
