Dorothy C. Zelinske, 93, of West Concord, died Sunday, May 10, 2015 at St. Mary's Hospital, Rochester. She was born December 5, 1921 in Milton Township the daughter of James and Amelia (Schweimann) Carney. Dorothy married Charles Zelinske Nov. 18, 1943 at St. Margaret's Catholic Church in Mantorville. The couple farmed together for many years. Charles preceded Dorothy in death Sept. 16, 1995 after nearly 52 years of marriage. Dorothy was a member of St. Vincent De Paul Catholic Church and the American Legion Auxiliary in West Concord. She enjoyed flower and vegetable gardening, canning, curing meats and playing cards with friends and neighbors. Dorothy is survived by sons, Charles (and Pakakrong) Zelinske of Albuquerque, Rory Zelinske of Mantorville; daughter, Wendy (and Mike) Dengler of Byron; 3 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, 2 brothers, 2 sisters and 2 infant sisters. Visitation will be at St. Vincent De Paul Catholic Church on Saturday from 10am to 11am. Funeral services will be held Saturday, May 16, 2015 at 11am at St. Vincent De Paul Catholic Church with Father Thien Nguyen officiating.
