Elizabeth Betty K. Reinhard, 85, of Owatonna, died Monday, December 22, 2014 at Traditions of Owatonna. Elizabeth was born September 16, 1929 in Owatonna Township, Minnesota the daughter of George and Anna (Skalicky) Staley. She was raised and attended school in Owatonna. Betty was united in marriage to Erwin Reinhard on October 15, 1947 at Associated Church in Owatonna. They began their married life living outside of Owatonna on Erwin's parent's farm. They later moved to Owatonna where Betty worked various jobs including Sharky's Caf�©, White's Caf�©, the Owatonna Hotel and at Partridge Nursery. She also worked for and later volunteered at the Owatonna Hospital. She was a member of the VFW Ladies Auxiliary. Erwin died in May 2014. She is survived by a two sisters, Harriet (and Bob) Daiker of Perham; Mary Heyer of Faribault; a brother, Theodore (and Judy) Staley of Owatonna; a sister-in-law, Lola Staley of Waseca and many nephews, nieces and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband Erwin Reinhard; her parents, two brothers, George Staley Jr, John Staley, and three sisters, Gladys Talley, Irene Bedney and a sister at infancy. Visitation will be Wednesday, December 31, 2014 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Michaelson Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, December 31, 2014 at 11:00 AM at Michaelson Funeral Home with The Reverend Jim Oberg officiating. Interment will be in the Owatonna Memorial Gardens in Owatonna. Memorials are preferred to the VFW Ladies Auxiliary in loving memory of Betty.
