Eric Levos, 48, of Owatonna, died Saturday, May 11, 2013 at his home. Eric was born April 30, 1965 in Owatonna, Minnesota the son of Gaynor and Carol Levos. Eric was raised in Owatonna and attended Owatonna High School graduating in 1983. He then attended Concordia College in Moorhead and later transferred to the University of Minnesota. Eric was a gifted musician and actor. He performed with the Chanhassen Dinner Theatre, the Children''s Theatre and Troupe America. He also performed at the Guthrie Theatre, North Star Opera and various vocal groups. He suffered a cerebral hemorrhage on December 2, 2005 which ended this career. After his recovery he was employed as a caregiver in various homes. He returned to live in Owatonna on May 1, 2011. He is survived by his parents Gaynor and Carol Levos of Owatonna; brother Bruce (and Val) Levos of St. Clair, MN; and two nephews, Andrew (and Kelly) Levos and Chase Levos. Visitation will be at Michaelson Funeral Home on Wednesday, May 15, 2013 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and one hour prior to the service in the church. Memorial services will be held Thursday, May 16, 2013 at 11:00 AM at Redeemer Lutheran Church with The Reverend Kirk Griebel officiating. Interment will be in the Dania Cemetery, Havana Township.
