Florence "Toots" Neuman, 97, of Owatonna died Tuesday, September 27, 2011 at the Owatonna Hospital . She was born April 12, 1914 in Plainview, Minnesota the daughter of Daniel and Amelia (Domrose) Schroht. Florence attended school in Rice County, and then married Earl Neuman January 12, 1932 in Faribault. The couple farmed near Kenyon, and later moved to Owatonna in 1953. Florence worked at Kummeth Manufacturing Co., and later at Huber Glove. She enjoyed going to the cabin at Cedar Lake, sewing and watching Bandwagon on television. She is survived by her daughter, Deloris (and Lyle) Bohlman of Owatonna; 8 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren, 15 great great grandchildren, and her sister Gloria Johnson of Plainview. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Earl of 71 years, daughter Beverly Olson, grandson Gary Olson, 5 brothers and 3 sisters. Funeral services will be Thursday September 29, 2011 at 2PM at the United Methodist Church with Reverend Loren Olson officiating. Visitation will be Wednesday September 28, 2011 from 4-7 PM at Michaelson Funeral Home and one hour prior to the service at the church. Interment will be in the Owatonna Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
