Florence Marion Reul, 92, of Owatonna, formerly of Meriden Township, died Thursday, September 3, 2009 at St. Lucas Care Center in Faribault. She was born August 12, 1917 in Owatonna the daughter of Frank and Agnes (Moravec) Fischer. Florence was raised near Bixby and attended country school. She married Herbert Reul April 21, 1937 in Owatonna. The couple lived near Meriden where they farmed together until 1975. Florence also worked at the Owatonna Canning Company from 1954 until 1981 and for Souba's grading potatoes and carrots. She was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church, Meriden. Florence liked to go fishing with her husband and she enjoyed cooking and baking. Florence is survived by her sons, Roger (and Joyce) Reul of Owatonna, Lyle (and Ausma) Reul of Fargo, ND; daughter, Grace (and Wayne) Werth of Owatonna; 10 grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren; 4 great great grandchildren; brother, Victor (and Esther) Fischer of Bixby; sister, Magdalen Peach of West Concord. She was preceded in death by her husband, 2 brothers and 4 sisters. Visitation will be at Michaelson Funeral Home on Sunday from 1pm to 2pm. Funeral services will be held Sunday, September 6, 2009 at 2:00pm at Michaelson Funeral Home with The Reverend Gary Rusinko officiating. Interment will be in the St. John Cemetery in Owatonna.
