Georgianna Marie Knutson, 88, of Owatonna, died Monday, August 13, 2018 at Koda Living Community. She was born February 22, 1930 in Empire, Minnesota the daughter of Ludwig and Anna (Schiller) Wagner. She grew up in Randolph, Minnesota where she graduated from High School. On June 19, 1954, she married Harland Knutson. The couple made their home in the Moland area where they farmed. In 1968, they moved to Phoenix, Arizona and in 2015 Georgianna moved to Countryside Assisted Living in Owatonna. She enjoyed baking holiday cookies and sharing them with her family and friends, playing Kings Corner and Bingo, making sequin calendars and traveling in the motorhome with her husband to and from Minnesota. Her family remembers trips to the Kenyon drive in and well as family dinners that were important to her. She is survived by children, Theresa (and Russ) Cumberland of Medford, Donald (and Bonnie) Knutson of Owatonna, John Knutson of Phoenix, AZ, Diane McKee of Owatonna, and Rick (and Kathy) Knutson of Glendale, AZ; grandchildren, Jade Cumberland, Jeremy Cumberland, Tyler Knutson, James McKee, Aaron McKee, Kayla Knutson and Connor Knutson; great-grandchildren, Sierra Cumberland, Casey Cumberland, Kylie Cumberland, Reed Cumberland and James McKee; sister, Dorothy (Bill) Sensibaugh of Shakopee; brother, Joseph Wagner of Burnsville; brother-in-law, LeRoy Rother of Hastings and nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Harland; sisters, Delores, Rita and Odelia and brothers Eugene, Gerald and two in infancy. A visitation will be held at Michaelson Funeral Home in Owatonna on Sunday, August 19, 2018 from 2:00 to 4:00 PM Interment will be at a later date in Phoenix Memorial Park in Phoenix, AZ.
