Inez I. Marker, 84, of Owatonna, died Sunday, March 4, 2012 at Owatonna Care Center. Inez Irene Schroeder was born January 5, 1928 in Milbank, South Dakota the daughter of Harm and Tillie (Gronewold) Schroeder. She was the second youngest of six children. She was raised and attended school on Revillo, South Dakota graduating in 1946. Inez was united in marriage to Ken Marker on November 28, 1946. To this union two children were born, Connie and Kathy. Inez worked a number of years at Cashman's Greenhouse in Owatonna. Ken died in 1997. Inez enjoyed knitting, crocheting and refinishing furniture. She is survived by two daughters, Reverend Kathy Marker of Owatonna; Connie (and David) Wobbrock of West Concord; two grandchildren, two great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and many friends. She was preceded in death by her husband Ken, four brothers, a sister, and a grandson. Visitation will be at Michaelson Funeral Home on Thursday, March 8, 2012 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM. Memorial services will be held Thursday, March 8, 2012 at 2:00 PM at Michaelson Funeral Home with Inez''s daughter, The Reverend Kathy Marker officiating.
