Jacqueline F. 'Jackie' Johnson, 64, of Owatonna, died Wednesday, October 29, 2008 at her home. She was born May 5, 1944 in Owatonna, Minnesota the daughter of Harry and Helen (Kruse) Myrick. Jackie was born and raised in Owatonna. She was a 1962 graduate of Owatonna High School. Jackie married Frederick Harding Johnson on May 1, 1965 at Trinity Lutheran Church. Frederick died on August 24, 1973. Jackie owned "The Lighthouse" in downtown Owatonna. She also worked for Town and Country Real Estate, Dave Dombrock State Farm Insurance and Gleason Automotive. Jackie was active in Jaycees and the Elks Lodge. She loved camping at French Lake, music, family time with her parents, knitting, reading books and the Minnesota Vikings. She is survived by her son, Andy (and Sue) Johnson of Alexandria; son, Ben (and Amber) Johnson of Mitchell, SD; sister, Pat (and Burt) Disher of Owatonna; grandchildren, Alex, Nick, Braden, Zach and Matthew Johnson; many nieces and nephews; and Jackie''s companion Roger Larson of Owatonna. Jackie was preceded in death by her parents and husband Frederick. Visitation will be at Michaelson Funeral Home on Friday, October 31, 2008 from 5-8 PM. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, November 1, 2008 at 10:00 AM at Michaelson Funeral Home with Deacon Pat Fagan officiating. Interment will be in the Forest Hill Cemetery in Owatonna. Memorials are preferred to Owatonna Home Care and Hospice.
