Jennette Thelma Danielson, 69, of Kenyon, died Tuesday, July 7, 2009 at Kenyon Sunset Home. She was born September 24, 1939 in Faribault the daughter of James and Thelma (Strandemo) Danielson. Jennette attended District 140 country school. She lived at home on the family farm until moving to the Riverview Services Home in Wanamingo in 1987. She lived in Wanamingo until March of 2009 when she moved to the Kenyon Sunset Home. She worked at ProAct for several years in Cannon Falls and later in Red Wing. Jennette was a member of Gol Lutheran Church. She enjoyed flea markets, shopping and the Lutefisk suppers at Vang Lutheran Church. Jennette also enjoyed the vacations she was able to take while living in Wanamingo. She is survived by her brother, Allen (and Linda) Danielson of Lakeville; nieces, Amy Danielson of Burnsville, Linda (and Wade) Durrence of Farmington, Cindy (and Christian) Schnaith of Inver Grove Heights; uncle, Herbert (and Jean) Strandemo of Huntsville, AL; aunt, Rosella Strandemo of Kenyon, Evelyn Gunderson of Kenyon, and many cousins. She was preceded in death by her parents. Visitation will be at Michaelson Funeral Home, Kenyon on Friday, July 10 from 4pm to 8pm and at Gol Lutheran Church on Saturday from 9:30am to 10:30am. Funeral services will be held Saturday, July 11, 2009 at 10:30am at Gol Lutheran Church with The Reverend Nancy Edwardson officiating. Interment will be in the Gol Lutheran Cemetery.
