Joanne Anita Jeno, 69, of Owatonna, died Monday, January 11, 2016 at her home in Minneapolis with her family by her side. Joanne was born May 26, 1946 in Owatonna, Minnesota the daughter of Nicholas and Martha (Pavek) Mohs. She attended Owatonna High School. She married Lawrance Jeno on February 20, 1965 and in their union they had four children. They later divorced. Joanne was a lifelong resident of Owatonna where she raised their family. She worked at Washington Scientific as a machinist for 17 years and REM as a personal care attendant 20 years. Joanne enjoyed playing bingo at the Eagles. She is survived by her children, Tamara (Anthony) Gadient of Lewisville, TX, Tracy (Jodi) Jeno of Owatonna, Shawn (Kelvin) Kleber of Kasson, and Shane (Will Murden) Jeno of Minneapolis; ten grandchildren; six great grandchildren; five siblings, Ronald (Linda) Mohs of Tempe, AZ, Gerald (Debbie) Mohs of Stewartville, Jeanette (John) Lustig of Kilkenny, Beverly Shook of Faribault, and Judith (Wayne) Wolesky of Rochester. She was preceded in death by her parents, brother-in-law, and two infant grandchildren. Visitation will be at Michaelson Funeral Home on Thursday, January 14, 2016 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM. Funeral services will be held Thursday, January 14, 2016 at 10:30 AM at Michaelson Funeral Home with The Reverend Edward McGrath officiating.
