Justin Paul Neubauer, 32, of Hastings, died Tuesday, June 9, 2020 at St. Mary's Hospital in Rochester from injuries received in a motorcycle accident. He was born September 24, 1987, in Owatonna, Minnesota the son of David and Donna (Dohmen) Neubauer. He grew up on a farm near Claremont. He was a 2006 graduate of Triton High School. He continued his education at Universal Technical Institute in Illinois and Arizona graduating with a degree in Diesel Mechanics. He later received training as a Nuclear Valve Technician. During high school, Justin worked for Cash Wise and Northland Farm Systems in Owatonna. After college, he worked at Peterbilt in Cedar Rapids, IA, Dahn Construction in Rosemont and Crane Nuclear and BHI throughout the country. Justin enjoyed mechanical work, riding his motorcycle, motor sports and helping on the farm when time allowed. He is survived by his parents, David and Donna Neubauer of Claremont; brothers, Nathan (Megan) Neubauer of Maple Grove and Steven Neubauer (Danielle Schwartz) of Hastings; grandmother, Delores Neubauer of Owatonna; grandfather, Eugene Dohmen of Hampton; niece and goddaughter, Reese Neubauer of Maple Grove; special friend, Micha Faucett and her daughter, Lauren (Matt) Jackson and their son, Neo of Hastings and numerous uncles, aunts, cousins and friends. He was preceded in death by grandmother, Ann Dohmen; grandfather, Marvin Neubauer and cousin, Randy Neubauer. A Public Visitation will be at Michaelson Funeral Home in Owatonna on Monday from 4:00 to 7:00 PM. A Private Family Funeral Service will be held at St. John Lutheran Church in Havana Township with The Reverend Alan Broadwell officiating. Interment will be in the St. John's Lutheran Church Cemetery, Havana Township.
