Our beautiful Karen has been taken from us. Her earthly body is gone, but her spirit forever lives among all of us. Gone are her infectious smiles, the sound of her voice and contagious laugh. Gone, is also a piece of our hearts. Karen was the most selfless person lent to us, our time with her cut much too short. She changed the lives of many during her years with us. She planted seeds, seeds that will continue to grow through her children, grandchildren, god-sons, family and friends. She enjoyed scuba diving, shopping, Model T''s, BLING and spending time with her family. She showed her sparkling personality with her other love, her red Corvette. She was proud of each one of her children and grandchildren in all of their accomplishments. In the words of Karen, 'perfect!' Perfect was our time with her here, and perfect will our time be with her again. Karen worked with Gold Cross for 12 years and treated her patients as if they were family, this made Karen the best paramedic and a great caregiver to her Grandma, Lorraine Quiggle. Karen''s zest for life was nothing short of angelic. Traveling the country with family and friends was her passion. She loved to cook and host gatherings. Karen had a special talent for throwing together a party on short notice never missing a single detail. Having Christmas gatherings as a family was one she enjoyed most. Karen was the glue to the operation in whatever she did. Karen left us doing what she lovedliving. She was a member of Southern Minnesota Model Airplane Club where she was affectionately known as the official cook and served for 3 years as president of the T-Totalers Model T Club. Karen was a great mom spending numerous hours serving in roles for her children''s sake; such as 4-H leader, Girl Scout Leader, art teacher and wrestling mom. She loved being involved in her children''s lives. Karen also loved her role as soul mate to her husband Tim. Karen was by his side in everything he did. They shared the same hobbies and interests and truly loved their time together. Karen leaves behind the love of her life, Tim; children, Michael (Rebecca), Jami (Trevor), Travis (Krystle), Cory (Alicia), Trevor; grandchildren, Alli, Carson, Colby, Kurtis, Coyte, Kyle, Jerimiah and Isaac; God-sons, Jameson and Jason; grandfather, Julius Hansen; sister, Candie (Gary) Fox-Pleickhardt; brothers, Guy (Cheree) Leamon, Chris (Annette) Hansen; mother and father in law, Rodney and Joan; brother and sister in laws, Troy (Lisa) Johnson, Char (Darryl) Kubicek, Cindy (Steve) Rohwer, and Carmen (Mark) Van Osdale.
