Karl David Erickson, 43, of Austin, died Friday, February 5, 2016 a result of a motor vehicle accident. He was born July 22, 1972 in Riverside, California the son of Dave and Amelia (Magana) Erickson. Karl married Herminia Rivera August 11, 1995 and they were later divorced. On August 18, 2012, he married Elisha McCool. Karl worked for Viracon for nearly 20 years. He loved his children, cars, art and tattoos. He had a very friendly nature. He is survived by his wife, Elisha Erickson of Owatonna; father, David Erickson of Owatonna; children, Celes, Nicole, Isaac, Andrew; the mother of his children, Herminia Becker; step-children, Alyssa, Ashley, Alexis, Blake; grandson, Ezequiel Aragon; step granddaughter, Grace Wear; brother, John Castillo; sisters, Dora Smith, Diana Avarca and nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by mother, Amelia Erickson; son, Elijah Erickson; twin children, Michael & Gabriel. Visitation will be at Michaelson Funeral Home on Friday from 9:30am to 10:30am. Memorial services will be held Friday February 12, 2016 at 10:30am at Michaelson Funeral Home with Pastor Joel Stauffer and Pastor John Miller co-officiating.
