Katherine Ann Heathman, 59, of Owatonna, died Saturday, February 20, 2021 at the Owatonna Hospital. She was born December 12, 1961 in St. Paul, Minnesota the daughter of Willard and Geraldine (Possin) Becker. As a child she lived in many places while her father was in the military which include Rochester, NY, California, Virginia, MN, Austin, MN and most recently Owatonna. In June, 1983, she married Kevin Heathman. The couple had three daughters and later divorced. Along with being a mother and homemaker, Katherine worked as a supervisor at 3M. Hobbies and interests include, playing bingo, colleting Native American items and antiques, cooking and family gatherings. In her younger years she enjoyed home decorating. Katherine had an endearing grandmother personality and was known as "Grandma Kathy" to children wherever she lived. She is survived by daughters, Nichole (Heathman) Zankou, Natalie (Heathman) Moe and Tessa Heathman all of Owatonna; grandchildren, Cameron (Megan Caywood) Miller, Alyssa Heathman, Dameyon Heathman, Kayden Heathman, Carter Zankou Caleb Heathman and Cash Sellner; great-grandson, King Miller; sister, Jayne Keller of New Richland; brother, David Becker of Idaho; father, Willard Becker of Guam and ex-husband, Kevin Heathman of Owatonna. She was preceded in death by her mother, Geraldine Becker and long-time partner, Gene Conner. At Katherine's request, no services will be held.
