Keith W. Wandrey, 80, of Owatonna, Minnesota, died Saturday, April 19, 2008 at Cedarview Care Center. He was born June 27, 1927 in, Owatonna the son of Alfred Sr. and Lucille (Jones) Wandrey. Keith attended school in Owatonna, and entered the United States Navy and served from 1944-1946. He married Evelyn Dushek June 1, 1951 in Owatonna. Keith worked for Highway Furniture and Steele County Implement. He and Evelyn started farming in 1951 and later purchased the farm in 1967. Keith enjoyed woodworking and collecting HO Trains. He is survived by his wife Evelyn, son Dennis (Debbie) Wandrey of Dekalb, TX, two grandchildren Daniel and Erin Wandrey. Three sisters Lorraine Mentz of Faribault and Elaine Radel of Colorado, and Juanita (Dan) Morris of Princeton, MN, nieces and nephews, and special friends Joe and Maggie Gauthier of Owatonna also survive Keith. Three brothers Alfred, Elwin, and Robert and one sister Ione Meidel preceded him in death. Visitation will be at Michaelson Funeral Home on Tuesday from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and at The Associated Church on Wednesday from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. Memorial service will be held Wednesday at 11:00 AM at The Associated Church with The Reverend James Oberg officiating. Interment will be in the Havana Cemetery.
