Lauretta Ann Gasner, 74, of Owatonna, died Wednesday, June 28, 2023 at Homestead Hospice House in Owatonna following complications from a stroke.

She was born January 21, 1949 in Owatonna, Minnesota the daughter of Theodore and Lorinda (Guse) Spiekermann (step-father Michael Lucas).

On May 2, 1970, she was married to the love of her life James C. Gasner. Together they raised their two sons, James T. and Chad J. Gasner.

She is survived by her husband, James Gasner of Owatonna; sons, James T. Gasner and Chad J. (Sheena) Gasner both of Owatonna; grandchildren, Cade, Jenna and Tiernyn; brother, Dana Spiekermann; sisters, Linda Larson, Genelle Zwicky and Sydney Wencl.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Theodore and Lorinda Spiekermann.

Per Lauretta's request, there will be not service. A private burial will be held at a later date.
