Leslie P. Nelson, 93, of Owatonna, died Thursday, August 9, 2012 at St. Lucas Care Center. Leslie was born June 14, 1919 in Blooming Prairie Township, the son of Peter and Emma (Felske) Nelson. He farmed in Blooming Prairie Township for several years. Leslie worked for Dwaine Dobberstein. He retired and moved to Owatonna in 1976. Visitation will be at Michaelson Funeral Home on Monday, August 13, 2012 from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. and on Tuesday from 10 a.m to 11 a.m. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, August 14, 2012 at 11 a.m at Michaelson Funeral Home with The Reverend Julie Malone officiating.
