Lois Ann Erdman, age 83, of Owatonna, died on Thursday, October 5, 2023 at the Prairie Manor Care Center in Blooming Prairie

Lois Ann Erdman, the daughter of Richard and Marcella (Brekke) Lustig, was born January 18, 1940, in Owatonna. She grew up in Owatonna and graduated from Owatonna High School in 1958. She was united in marriage to Richard Erdman on September 6, 1958 at Trinity Lutheran Church. She started working at Federated Insurance the same year. She worked for Federated for 42 years. Lois was a devoted wife, she and Richard traveled extensively throughout the U.S. driving to many of his trap shooting events. She enjoyed gardening, knitting and her pets. She took care of her mother following her father's death. Lois loved to walk. Unless the weather prohibited it, she would walk to work or other places around town. She was a member of Redeemer Lutheran Church.

She is survived by her siblings Phyllis Johnson of Blooming Prairie, Sharon (and Scot) Cinnamon of Austin, Richard (and Dorothy) Lustig of Owatonna and Ronald Lustig of Owatonna. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband Richard.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 12, 2023, from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Redeemer Lutheran Church.  Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM at Redeemer Lutheran Church.  Interment will be in the Forest Hill Cemetery.
