Loren D. Chamberlin, 79, of West Concord, died Friday, February 20, 2009 at Fairview Care Center in Dodge Center. He was born May 25, 1929 in Dodge Center, Minnesota the son of Warner and Mildred (Erickson) Chamberlin. Loren grew up in the West Concord area and then entered the U.S. Army and served from 1951-1952. He worked for a fertilizer plant and also drove truck. For the past seven years he has been a resident at Circle Drive Manor in West Concord. He is survived by one sister Maxine (and Lloyd) Scheel of Woodbury, and eight nieces and nephews. Loren was preceded in death by his parents and brother Curtis. Funeral service will be held Saturday February 28, 2009 at 2:00 PM at Michaelson Funeral Home, Owatonna with Reverend Michelle Miller officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Interment will be at the Concord Cemetery in West Concord.
