Mark Eldor Tesch, age 74, of Owatonna, died Tuesday, August 6, 2024 at Benedictine Living Community in Owatonna, MN.

Mark was born October 11, 1949, son of Eldor and Hildegard Krueger Tesch. He attended Waseca High School and also worked for a farmer. Mark worked at Birds Eye while getting married to Roxanne Neste Tesch. Then in 1974, they moved to Owatonna, where Mark worked for OPU in the Boiler Room. After leaving OPU, he went on to work in Faribault at the Regional Corrections Facility until his retirement in 2005. Mark loved spending time with his family, living in the country, telling jokes, and driving the tractor around the farm.

Mark is survived by his wife of 57 years, Roxanne Neste Tesch; daughters, Heidi (Mike) Fischer and Tammy (Dale) Jensen; grandchildren, Kyle Burns, Brittany (Justin) Jirele, Shelby Jensen, Alex Burns, Colby Jensen, Emily Burns and Wylie Jensen; a sister, Karen Lang; brother, Jerry Tesch; a brother-in-law, Denny (Mary) Neste and brother-in-law, David Arndt; also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by a son, Brian Tesch; son-in-law, Chris Burns; a sister, Judy Arndt; a brother, Wayne Tesch; sister-in-law, Debbie Tesch, sister-in-law, Penny Perez and sister-in-law, Sandy Neste.

Memorial services will be Tuesday, August 13, at Michaelson Funeral Home, Owatonna, at 11 am with family receiving friends one hour prior to services. Burial will be in St. John Cemetery, Owatonna.
