Mary Agnes Sisler, 91, of Owatonna, died Wednesday, January 6, 2016 at Koda Living Community. She was born June 8, 1924 in Blooming Prairie the daughter of Frank and Mary (Motl) Starman. Mary was united in marriage to Frank M. Sisler August 6, 1946 at Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Litomysl. The couple lived in the Blooming Prairie area and Albert Lea before moving to Owatonna in 1956. They also lived in St. Peter for a short time and returned to Owatonna in 1981. She was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Mary enjoyed baking, embroidering, fishing and traveling with her husband in their retirement. She is survived by her daughter, Arlene (and John) Krueger of Owatonna; sons, Alan (and LaDonna) Sisler of Owatonna, David (and Kate) Sisler of Owatonna, Mark (and Mary) Sisler of Faribault, Curtis (and Leatta) Sisler of St. Peter; grandchildren, Kevin (and Michelle) Sisler, Steven (and Heidi) Krueger, Jennifer (and Don) Schneider, Patrick Sisler, Kirsten (and Eric) Frank, Cory (and Kayla) Sisler, Sean Sisler (and Shelby Johnson), Parker Sisler, Keona Sisler; great grandchildren, Brandon Sisler, Brianna Sisler, Colin Krueger, Delaney Krueger, Olivia Schneider, Hannah Schneider, Cody Sisler, Amelia Sisler; sister, Geraldine Chaput of Walhalla, ND and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, four brothers and one sister Visitation will be at Sacred Heart Catholic Church on Tuesday from 9:30am to 11:00am. Mass of Christian Burial will be held Tuesday, January 12, 2016 at 11:00am at Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Interment will be in the Holy Trinity Catholic Cemetery, Litomysl.
