Michael David Buck, 36, of Faribault, passed away Thursday, July 26, 2012 in a car accident. Michael was born November 12, 1975 in Rochester, the son of Jerry and Patricia (Kiffmeyer) Buck. Michael graduated from Kenyon-Wanamingo High School. He worked for Foldcraft for 15 years and part time for Kwik Trip in Faribault. Michael was a loving and caring father. He enjoyed attending his children's school and sporting activities. He also cared for his nieces and nephews as if they were his own. Michael liked to hunt, fish and be outdoors. He could carry a conversation with just about anyone, and he had a great sense of humor. He was loved by many and will greatly be missed. Michael is survived by his father, Jerry (and Sandy Soine) Buck of Lake City; mother, Patricia Buck of Pine Island; daughter, Natily Reed of Owatonna; son, Tyler Buck of Owatonna, and the children''s mother Misty Haefs of Owatonna; son, Avery Carlson-Buck of Faribault, and his mother Casey Carlson of Faribault; brothers, Dennis (and Jenee Jones) Buck of Grand Meadow, Timothy (and Andrea) Buck of West Concord; sister, Tammy Buck of Pine Island; grandmother, Mary Ann Kiffmeyer of Wells; nieces and nephews, Danielle, Nicholas, Amber, Kenton, Elijah, Teegan, Myah. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Ray and Esther Buck; grandfather, Ben Kiffmeyer. Visitation will be at Michaelson Funeral Home, Kenyon on Wednesday, August 1, 2012 from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. and at First English Lutheran Church Thursday from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m.. Funeral services will be held Thursday, August 2, 2012 at 10 a.m. at First English Lutheran Church, Faribault with the Reverend Dick Jorgensen officiating.
