Michael Allen Green, 60, of Owatonna, died Thursday, December 28, 2017 at his home. He was born April 18, 1957 in St. Joseph, Michigan the son of Gerald and Bonnie (Mundt) Green. Mike graduated from West Concord High School in 1975. He began his career of more than 40 years with Energy Economics Inc. in Dodge Center. Mike lived in Kasson until moving to Owatonna in 2012. He married Vicki (Drager) Kipka Sept. 27, 2013 in Owatonna. Mike enjoyed handy man and remodeling projects, riding motorcycle and classic cars. He was an avid sports fan that particularly enjoyed hockey and football. Mike was known for his love of entertaining and cooking for family and friends. He is survived by his wife, Vicki Green of Owatonna; daughters, Lacey (and Brendan) Hrtanek of Kasson, Alissa Green of Andover, Erin Kipka of Sartell; granddaughter, Briar Hrtanek; mother, Bonnie Green of Sun City, AZ; sister, Susan (and Mark) Mason of California and nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by father, Gerald Green.
