Patricia F. Anderson, 82, of Owatonna died Tuesday morning at Homestead Hospice House. She was born September 1, 1932 in La Moure, ND to Verle and Ruth (Orear) Triplett. Pat received her elementary teaching degree from St. Cloud State Teachers College in 1958. She began teaching that fall in the Excelsior, MN School District. The following year, and through the school year of 1958, she taught at the Earle Brown School in Minneapolis. She revived her career briefly to serve at Associated Church Nursery School in the early 1970's and at Trinity Lutheran Church Pre-School in the early 1990's. Pat was a warm person who loved her family and cherished her friends. She enjoyed the arts, books, flower gardening, and followed OHS sports and U of M Football, where they were season ticket holders for 20 years, and watched televised sports with her husband. She is survived by her husband, Earl of Owatonna, children, Michael (Dawn) Anderson of Rosemount, MN, Bruce (Anne) Anderson of Weldon Spring, MO, and Trish (Dave) Bjerke of Apple Valley, MN, nine grandchildren Kyra, Asya, Holly, Hanna, Ava, and Erik Anderson, and Chris, Molly, and Betsy Bjerke. She was preceded in death by her parents, sister Jeanne Triplett, and brother David Triplett. Visitation will be at Michaelson Funeral Home on Thursday July 23, 2015 from 5-7 P.M and at church on Friday for one hour prior to the funeral. Funeral services will be held Friday July 24, 2015 at Trinity Lutheran Church at 11:00 A.M. with Pastor Todd Buegler officiating. Interment will be at Forest Hill Cemetery.
