Patricia Ann Moen, 84, of Owatonna, died Sunday, June 9, 2013 at Homestead Hospice House. Patricia was born March 17, 1929 in Des Moines, Iowa the daughter of Edward and Leota (Miller) Collins. She graduated from Valley High School in 1946. She then took a job at the local bank as a teller. There she met Richard 'Dick' Moen, a customer at the time, and they married on December 23, 1949. They started their family and eventually settled down in Owatonna. Patricia worked for Jostens for 20 years and retired with Dick in the 90''s. They enjoyed traveling and visiting other parts of the world. Patricia enjoyed shopping and playing bridge. Her true passion has always been her family and friends; she loved to spend time with them. She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church, the Owatonna Elks and the Owatonna Country Club. She is survived by her husband Richard "Dick" Moen of Owatonna; daughters, Marcy (and John) Colvin of Mason City, IA, Diane (and Bob) Jungbluth of Owatonna, Melinda (and Paul) Batz of Bloomington; grandchildren, Kelly (Brian) Smith, Charlie (Chrismar) Colvin, Jennifer (Brian) Schlauderaff, Steven (Tanya) Jungbluth, Lisa (Gordon) Miller, Ben, Katie, Anna Batz; five great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Eleanor Castle. Visitation will be at Michaelson Funeral Home on Tuesday, June 11, 2013 from 5 to 7 p.m. and at Trinity Lutheran Church on Wednesday from 1 to 2 p.m. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, June 12, 2013 at 2 p.m. at Trinity Lutheran Church with The Reverend Julie Malone officiating. Interment will be in the St. John Cemetery in Owatonna. Memorials are preferred to Trinity Lutheran Church.
