Patricia Louise Spencer, 91, of Owatonna, Minnesota died Tuesday, October 31, 2017 at Koda Living Community in Owatonna. Patricia was born in Minneapolis, Minnesota on May 20, 1926. She was the eighth child of Myrtle M. Spencer. She attended Minneapolis schools, Open Door and Bethesda Churches. She became a Christian at fifteen years old. After high school she spent many happy years working outside on the Ramp for Northwest Airlines. She had joined the Civil Air Patrol in Minneapolis and was an Honorary Member in Owatonna, where she lived for over 35 years. She also enjoyed hiking, camping, bicycling in Minnesota, Glacier National Park, Europe and Canada with American Youth Hostels. She is survived by her brothers, William Spencer of Minneapolis and Dan (RoseMary) Spencer of California; sister-in-law, Vivian Spencer of Blaine; many nieces, nephews and extended family. She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Don, Richard, Jack, Ted, Bob and Fred Spencer; sisters, Edna Nelson and Marthanne Graham. Visitation will be at Bethel Church on Wednesday, November 8, 2017 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, November 8, 2017 at 1:00 PM at Bethel Church in Owatonna with Pastor Micheal Simmerman officiating. Interment will be in the Forest Hill Cemetery in Owatonna.
