Phillip Michael Goluba, 57, of Owatonna, died Sunday, November 25, 2018 at his home.
He was born September 8, 1961 in Chicago, Illinois the son of Daniel and Sharon (Robbins) Goluba. Phillip graduated from Larkin High School in Elgin, IL. He drove truck for Atlas Van Lines, Allied Van Lines, McLane Company before USF Holland. He retired from Holland in October due to his health. On March 19, 2011 he married Bridget (Miller) Zales in Owatonna. Phillip loved spending time with his family. Camping and fishing were among his favorite things to do.
He is survived by his wife, Bridget Goluba of Owatonna; children, Josh Goluba of Hanover Park, IL, Brittany Zales of Minneapolis, Lillian Goluba of Owatonna, Leighton Goluba of Owatonna; grandchildren, Braydon Goluba, Dexter Zales; mother, Sharon Robbins of Bartlett, IL; step-mother, Viola Goluba of McHenry, IL; brother, David Goluba of Arlington, TX; sister, Sheryl Graff of St. Charles, IL and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father, Daniel Goluba and brother, Timothy Goluba.
Visitation will be at Michaelson Funeral Home on Friday from 4pm to 7pm and on Saturday from 12pm to 1pm. Funeral services will be held Saturday, December 1, 2018 at 1pm at Michaelson Funeral Home with Pastor Dan Mayfield officiating.
