Richard R. Mork, 53, of Owatonna, died Monday, December 15, 2008 at Coliseum Medical Center in Macon, Georgia. He was born August 10, 1955 in San Diego, California the son of Richard and Edna (Jobe) Mork. Richard moved to Owatonna at a young age with his parents, and graduated from OHS in 1973. He married Marty Turner October 24, 1980, and the couple later divorced. Richard worked for HS Distributing and then drove truck for Viracon for the past twenty-seven years. Richard enjoyed fishing, hunting, and most of all spending time with his family especially his granddaughter Tori. He is survived by his father, Richard Mork of Owatonna, three children, Miranda, Briar, and Brady Mork all of Owatonna and granddaughter Tori Mork. His mother Edna preceded him in death. Visitation will be at Michaelson Funeral Home on Friday December 19, 2008 from 4-8PM and one hour prior to the service at the church. Mass of Christian Burial will be held Saturday December 20, 2008 at 10:00 AM at St. Joseph Catholic Church with Reverend Edward McGrath officiating. Interment will be in the Corpus Christi Catholic Cemetery in Deerfield Township.
