Rick C. Lee, 60, of Medford, MN passed January 8, 2014. Born August 14, 1953 to Annabelle Lee. Adopted by George & Esther Lee. Rick graduated Medford Public School in 1972. There he was an all-around athlete; playing football, baseball, basketball, wrestling and track. While attending Medford school he met Marlene Massey. They became husband and wife on November 30th 1973 at Trinity Lutheran Church (Medford). In 1975 their first son Jason was born. Then in 1977 their second son Nathan was born. Soon followed by the birth of their daughter Erica in 1978. The family lived in Owatonna until 1985 when they moved to Lincoln, NE. While in Lincoln, Rick and Marlene started and ran a family business Midwest Floor Care Inc. Over the years the family continued to grow with marriages and grandchildren. Whom, Rick loved dearly. In 2007 Rick and Marlene divorced. He returned to Medford in 2010 becoming a trucker and continued with one of his many hobbies by joining a horse riding club. Throughout Rick''s life he not only had a passion for horses, but enjoyed traveling with his family and golfing with his friends. He was an artist and loved to listen to music. He enjoyed watching nature shows and documentaries. He delighted in going fishing and hunting with his boys, other family members and good friends. The thing Rick loved the most was being with everyone playing cards, joking around telling stories and laughing. He made great memories with those he loved. Rick is survived by; Marlene (Lee) Nelson. His son Jason and Gretchen Lee of Hickman, NE and their children Emma, Jack and George; his son Nathan and Haley Lee of Walton, NE and their children Tyler, Ashton, Hunter and Carter; and his daughter Erica Lee & Danny Zaiger (fianc�) of Lincoln, NE and their children Denzel and Blair. Siblings; Alice Jarva, Laura Tuttle, Donald Lee, Mary Findley, Gregory Findley, Darla Keener, Patsy Christenson. Along with numerous extended family members. Rick was preceded in death by his mother Annabelle, parents George and Esther. His sisters, Betty Johns and Carol Witt. His brothers, Ronnie and David Lee. In laws, Lyle Tuttle, Sid Jarva, Milan Johns, Karl Gram, Lyle Witt, Lillian Lee and grandson Eric Lee. Visitation will be at Trinity Lutheran Church, Medford on Saturday, January 25, 2014 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. Funeral services will be held Saturday, January 25, 2014 at 11:00 AM at Trinity Lutheran Church, Medford, Minnesota with The Reverend Mark Biebighauser officiating.
