Ricki Mark Moeckly, 57, of Owatonna, died Friday, May 24, 2019 at Homestead Hospice House. Rick was born February 6, 1962 in Owatonna, the son of Gaylord and Joan (Schmoll) Moeckly. Rick attended grade school in Owatonna before the family moved to Medford. He graduated from Medford High School. After graduating, Rick took electrical training courses and began his career as an electrician at King Company. He later worked as an engineering technician for Climate by Design International. Rick was a very independent person. He spent a majority of his time working and raising his daughter. He also enjoyed fishing and target practice. Rick is survived by father, Gaylord Moeckly of Medford; daughter, Michelle (Wayne) Hall of Williamsburg, Kansas; grandchildren, Jayden, Xander, Mykah, and Izabella; and many more friends and family. He was preceded in death by mother, Joan, and brother, Brian Moeckly. Private family services will be held at a later date. Inurnment will be in Meadow Ridge Memorial Park. Memorials are preferred to the donor's choice, the Homestead Hospice House, or the American Cancer Society in loving memory of Rick.
