Seth Joel Strusz, 43, of Hartland, formerly of Owatonna, died Tuesday, May 28, 2019 at St. Mary's Hospital. He was born October 3, 1975 in Zumbrota the son of Vernon and Judith (Bamesberger) Strusz. Seth graduated from Owatonna High School in 1994. He attended Heavy Equipment School and Truck Driving School. Seth worked for Crane Creek Construction and Ryan Construction before moving to Hartland where he worked for Hi-Yield Products for the past 11 years. Seth was a member of Hartland Evangelical Lutheran Church. He enjoyed fishing, snowmobiling and ice fishing. Seth was an avid Minnesota Twins fan. He will be greatly missed by his family and work family. He is survived by father, Vernon (and Carol) Strusz of Waseca; sister, Sarah (and Mitch) Parrish of Bellevue, NE; brothers, Steven (and Kim) Strusz of Owatonna, Scott Strusz of Owatonna, Stuart (and Kelly) Strusz of Mankato; step brothers, Duane Keck of St. Cloud, Bob Stiernagle of Waseca, Jeff (and Julie) Stiernagle of Waseca; step sisters, Amy (and Duane) Jirik of New Prague, Tammy (and Dan) Bosshart of Stewartville; several nieces and nephews; and many aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by mother, Judith Strusz; step mother, Jeanne Strusz. Visitation will be at Hartland Evangelical Lutheran Church on Saturday from 9am to 11am. Funeral services will be held Saturday, June 1, 2019 at 11am at Hartland Evangelical Lutheran Church with Rev. Shawn Stafford officiating. Interment will be on Saturday at 3pm in the Zumbrota Cemetery in Zumbrota.
