Sharon A. (Barten) Johnson, 64, of Owatonna, died Wednesday, August 7, 2019 at Koda Living Community. She was born July 15, 1955 in New Prague the daughter of Ambrose and Rita (Cemensky) Barten. Sharon grew up in Mankato and graduated from Good Counsel Academy. She worked in Mankato and the twin cities before moving to Owatonna. She is survived by her daughters, Stacie (and Aaron) Reiter of Portland, OR, Angie (and Nick) Kadrlik of Montgomery; three grandchildren; companion, Kevin Gunther of Owatonna; brothers, Mike (and Deb) Barten of Eagle Lake, Tom (and Julie Kassick) Barten of Bloomington, aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents. Memorial services will be held Monday, August 12, 2019 at 11am at Michaelson Funeral Home with The Reverend John Sauer officiating. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service.
