Stafford Duane Storhoff, 70, of Owatonna, died Wednesday, May 20, 2009 at Owatonna Hospital. He was born October 20, 1938 in Lanesboro the son of Selmer and Beulah (Sorum) Storhoff. Stafford graduated from Harmony High School and later attended Winona State University. He married Beverly Miller Feb. 2, 1968 at the Little Brown Church in Nashua, IA. The couple made their home in Owatonna. He was the Allstate Insurance Salesman working out of the Sears Store in Owatonna for many years. In retirement, Stafford worked at the Owatonna Country Club and volunteered at Cedarview Nursing Home. Stafford loved music and played in bands in his younger years. He is survived by his daughter, Amy (and Greg) Guttormsson of Plymouth; sons, Jeffrey Storhoff of San Clemente, CA, Jeremy Storhoff of San Clemente, CA, Jonathan (and Trish) Storhoff of Lakeville; step sons, Brad (and Gina) Ferson of Carolton, TX, Rod Ferson of Pensacola, FL, Randy Ferson of Kasson; 5 grandchildren; 1 great grandchild; brother, Wally (and Sharen) Storhoff of Mabel; sister, Janet (and Larry) Weber of Savage and nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his wife, Beverly; sister, Lola Johnson and brother in law, Bob Johnson. Visitation will be at Michaelson Funeral Home on Saturday, May 30, 2009 from 10-11am. Funeral services will be held May 30, 2009 at 11:00am at Michaelson Funeral Home. Interment will be in the Fairview Cemetery in Hayfield.
