Theresa Ann Phillips, 68, of St. Paul, passed away on February 19, 2024 at home.

She was born March 23, 1955 in Waseca, Minnesota the to Eugene and Florence (Wendel) Phillips. She grew up in Owatonna and graduated from Owatonna High School in 1973. Terri was a fearless farm girl, who was determined to help and mastered heavy farm equipment early on. When she moved to St. Paul, she kept up her work ethic and volunteered for 20 years of service at the DNR. This included: office work, river clean up, working at the Minnesota State Fair, and Minnesota Take a Kid Fishing. She also worked at Capital City Coop for 13 years as a volunteer during this time. Terri was also Proud of her work as an elections judge, she was a caring, giving person who had a positive effect on the people in her life.

She is survived by brother, Michael Phillips of Montana; sisters, Linda (and Nikolai) Alenov of St. Paul, Carol (and Gary) Phillips of Owatonna and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Eugene and Florence Phillips, and sister, Jane Stepanek

Funeral services will be held on Friday, February 23, 2024 at 12PM at Michaelson Funeral Home. There will be a visitation starting at 11AM. Interment will be in the Corpus Christi Cemetery in Deerfield Township.
