Terry Jon Pelovsky, 59, of Owatonna, MN left this world for heavenly gates on March 15th, 2023. Terry was the loving husband of Jill and cherished father of Joshua (Angela) and Natasha (Jonathan) Bellefeuille. Terry was born on April 14, 1963 in Mankato, MN to Karl and Gladyce Pelovsky. On September 12, 1987 he married the love of his life Jill Rinehart at Bethel Church in Owatonna. They raised two children, Joshua and Natasha.

Terry was known as a kind and loving person whose smile was infectious. Terry was proud of his family; he was sure to never miss a chance to gather and enjoy family get-togethers. It was hard to ever find Terry without Jill, as they spent many loving years side-by-side. Fond of traveling, Terry and Jill shared many memories of vacations, many that included their children. His children enjoyed listening to music with their dad, laughing and bringing him to Vikings, Twins, and Gopher games. Terry enjoyed God's creation; the beauty of nature through walking in the woods and fishing with his wife and children; especially in northern Minnesota.

Terry walked his beloved English retriever, Winston, every day around Lincoln Elementary School, his alma mater. Terry loved dogs, especially his previous golden retrievers Buster and Monty and yorkiepoo Pebbles.

Terry was a member of Bethel Church. A devoted Christian, he spent many hours sharing the gospel and praising the lord. Terry was a regional coordinator for the Billy Graham Evangelical Association for the past 10 years.

Terry worked at Riverland Community College as an Information Technology Specialist since 2008.

Terry was preceded in death by his father, Karl and father-in-law, Ronald Rinehart. He is survived by his wife, Jill, his two children Joshua and Natasha, his mother, Gladyce, his brother Scott, his two sisters Kris and Kelly (Tim) Blum, mother and father-in-law, Connie and Jim Kalis, sister-in-law, Pam (Jon) Veencamp, brother-in-law, Mark (Corrie) Rinehart and nieces, nephews, and additional family.

A celebration of life and time of memory sharing will be at Bethel Church, 1611 Hemlock Ave in Owatonna on Monday, March 20, 2023, at 4:00 PM with visitation one hour prior. The family asks that you wear your favorite Minnesota sports gear.

In lieu of flowers and plants, memorials preferred for a memorial that is in preparation for other dog walkers to enjoy on Terry's path.
