Thomas John Heisler passed away suddenly at his home in Owatonna, Minnesota on Sunday, January 15th, 2023.

Tom was born on April 14th, 1960 in Red Wing, Minnesota, to William John Heisler and Helen Dorothy (Cernohous) Heisler. He grew up in Hastings and graduated from Hastings High School in 1978. Tom attended and graduated from St. John's University in Collegeville, Minnesota, in 1982, with a degree in chemistry. He lived in Owatonna, and enjoyed a long and prosperous career at Evapco, Inc. in Medford, Minnesota. He enjoyed fishing and playing golf, and was a long time member of the Owatonna Country Club. Tom's devoted love to his children was authentic and defined his life long purpose.

He is survived by his children Anna (James) Wagoner of Faribault, Nicholas Heisler of Minnetonka, Margaret Heisler of Owatonna; siblings, Robert (Teri) Heisler of Mission Viejo, CA, Patricia (Mark) Azman of Saint Paul, and David (Molly) Heisler of Woodbury; many nieces and nephews and a great-niece. He was preceded in death by his parents William and Helen Heisler.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, January 23, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Owatonna, with a visitation starting one hour prior to the service. Interment will be at St. Boniface Cemetery in Hastings.
