Wayne E. Enzenauer, 71, of Owatonna, died Wednesday, October 15, 2014 at his home.
He was born July 7, 1943 in Waseca, Minnesota the son of Ervin and Delila (Schoenfeld) Enzenauer. Wayne graduated from Waseca High School with the class of 1961. He was united in marriage to Darlene Jenkins and had two children together. The couple later divorced. Wayne farmed near Meriden with his father for many years and also did masonry work in the Owatonna and Waseca areas. He also worked for the Owatonna Schools as an inner school mailman. Wayne enjoyed hunting, fishing, being with his family, and building cannons for Civil War Reenactments.
He is survived by Linda Hanson of Owatonna, children Brenda (and Keith) Lowrey of Bagley, Scott (and Donna) Enzenauer of Kenyon, KJ (Renee) Hanson of Seattle, WA, Michael Hanson of Owatonna, five grandchildren and three great grandchildren. He is also survived by two sisters, Rita (and Gary) Horkey of New Prague and Karen (and Dennis) Lee of Rochester, and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister Beverly Smith.
Visitation will be at Michaelson Funeral Home on Sunday October 19, 2014 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM and on Monday from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. Funeral services will be held Monday October 20, 2014 at 11:00 AM at Michaelson Funeral Home with The Reverend Dean Smith officiating. Interment will be in the Woodville Cemetery in Waseca on Tuesday October 21, 2014 at 10:00 A.M.
